8vo. Published by Faber & Faber, Second Edition, 5th impression 1949. [First printed 1940] Bound in buff coloured cloth with very dust jacket. SIGNED by Bernard Leach on half title page. The dust wrapper is torn and creased with small pieces missing; the cover has suffered from damp, it has been used in a potter s studio as a working book, therefore the cover has a damp stain and some black spots, possibly from mould; missing first blank page; the fore-edges and prelims are a slightly foxed. A very acceptable copy of a signed edition by a master potter.
