The Programme is staple-bound in paper covers tied by a yellow cord around the spine. The front cover shows Bakst’s costume design for King Florestan and the back cover advertises his de-luxe book on ‘The Sleeping Princess. There are 10 full-page colour costume designs plus a double page spread for the second scene of the third act, showing ‘The Castle in the Forest where the Princess sleeps’. In addition there is a full-page design of ‘The Garden of King Florestan’ which is the scene of the second act. Covers rubbed and spotted, short tears to upper rignt corner, slight loss to lower right edge oif rear cover. Thumbed.
