Etching with drypoint which is initialled ‘AG’ in the tower symbol within the plate just above the hand written title. The etching is signed and dated 1924 in pencil by the artist. Still in its original frame-Unexamined out of frame. The mount has a light damp stain along the right vertical side of the mount, not sure if it has affected the sheet the etching is on. But the image itself is clean.A typical Anthony Gross etching of this period where he likes to explore the play of light, highlighting and playing on contrasts.
