Anton Schutz etching ‘The Spirit of Chicago’



Anton Schutz etching made in the late 1920’s shows the North Wacker Drive being built, showing Tribune Tower and the Wrigley Building, with the Mather Tower to the far right. Signed by the artist in lower right corner, from a numbered edition of 100. Printed on hand made wove paper. All four corners of the sheet have soft diagonal creases besides some light soft handling folds, otherwise in good condition.

Plate size: 9 x 12 inches ( 22.5 x 30 cm)

Sheet Size: 12 x 18.5 inches  (30 x 46cm)
