‘Michigan Avenue Bridge, Chicago’ etching by Anton Schutz

The etching made in the late 1920’s shows ‘Michigan Avenue Bridge, Chicago‘ in Illinois. Signed by the artist in lower right corner, from a numbered edition of 100. Printed on hand made wove paper. All four corners of the sheet have soft diagonal creases besides some light soft handling folds, otherwise in good condition.

The Wrigley building is on the right. Slightly farther back on the right is a building under construction, note the scaffolding at the top. In the distance you see a building that resembles the Palmolive building which is the Chicago board of trade. The Mather building is behind another structure.
