An etching with drypoint, printed on hand made laid paper watermarked ‘Heald’ which has a slight blue tinge. The etching is signed in the plate with a monograph to the top right corner and is also signed in ink by the artist. Unsure about the date, possibly circa 1930. The etching still retains strong burr from the drypoint and the sheet is in very good condition but with a very light mount burn/ stain.Possibly an etching from his travels in Iraq, showing a veiled muslim woman.
