‘Streeterville’ etching by Anton Schutz



Anton Schutz etching made in the late 1920’s signed by the artist in lower right corner, from a numbered edition of 100. The sheet has diagonal creases in lower margins, not affecting the image, and some light soft handling folds, otherwise in good condition.The large building in the middle is the Palmolive building, the rays rising up behind the Palmolive building is the sunrise. The Palmolive building still stands today and  completed in 1929. The smaller edifice in the foreground left is the Water Tower.

Sheet Size:  18.5 x 12 inches  (46 x 30cm)
