Felix Dennis was an English publisher, poet, spoken-word performer and philanthropist. His company, Dennis Publishing, pioneered computer and hobbyist magazine publishing in the United Kingdom. One of the three editors of ‘Oz’ Magazine.

Reference: Physick 359 (81) Proof of the frontispiece to ‘Procreant Hymn’ by E. Powys Mathers, Number 37 of the publications of the Golden Cockerel Press, 1926. Physick also states that there was a numbered edition of 15 which Gill had priced at £1.1 shilling.
