Description

An original wood engraving printed from the original woodblock for ‘Engravings by Eric Gill’, published by Douglas Cleverdon, printed by The Fanfare Press, 1929. One of 400 copies printed on paper specially manufactured for this edition. With the number ’43’ on top margin as issued. There is a spot, a impurity in the paper,  otherwise very good. Not mounted/ matted.
