Magnificent gilt decorated leather, with brass fittings and clasp, all edges with patterened gilt decoarted, royal blue watered silk end-papers, chromolithographed, half-title and title. 20 wet collodion albumen prints each mounted to larger sheets of card, each with printed caption and reference to the text. Covers rubbed, front hinge weak, lacking one of the brass bosses from the upper cover. Very Good.
