Folio. Paper covered folder with text set as a book, and 22 original etchings, five with hand-colouring all signed by the artist; loose as issued in publishers portfolio but mounted in separate card mounts, the etchings just hinged into place along top edges for ease of removal. No.42/100 copies on Butten, from a total edition of 150. The sequencing of the prints are 1-22, however there should be 28 plates, therefore the folio is incomplete. The 22 etchings, 1-22 are in sequence numbered on the mount and all are signed in pencil.The folder is a little worn and dusty with foxing; the paper cover of text book is foxed; approximately half of the etchings have some very light foxing, seven of which a little darker. I will photograph the worst; however all the etchings with hand coloured, being of different paper are clean of brown spots.
