Ray Fawcett pencil drawing of a nude lying down. The drawing appears to have been removed from an old sketch book as there are old staple holes along left margin and four punched holes along left margin outside image; some smudging all over; some brown marks; remnants of two old vertical folds and some soft handling creases, else good.

Ray Fawcett, a talented painter & print maker, had early success in the 1970’s. His prints were sold through the William Weston Gallery in London and he had work in various exhibitions. However, by the late 1970’s he began to focus on his teaching career. The collection we have is from the 1970’s period.
