Ray Fawcett silk screen in blue and pink arches



Ray Fawcett silk screen not dated but circa 1970. The print is numbered 4/15 copies in pencil but not signed. The sheet does have heavy creases especially in the margins. The crease marks in the image have broken the ink-so please look at photos carefully. The creases in the margin can be mounted out but the creases in the image may be visible under glass.

Ray Fawcett, a talented painter & print maker, had early success in the 1970’s. His prints were sold through the William Weston Gallery in London and he had work in various exhibitions. However, by the late 1970’s he began to focus on his teaching career.  The collection we have is from the 1970’s period.
