Description

Robert Austin  study of a woman’s face drawn in pencil on‘Charlesl’ watermarked hand made laid paper with Studio stamp on verso. There are some ink splashes on the drawing, minor creases in tears in the margins, well away from the image, otherwise in very good condition.
Possibly drawn in the 1930’s. Two plates were made ‘Mask’ and ‘Study of Girls Head’ 1933 & 1936 respectively.
