Dust wrapper and black and white line drawings by Edward Ardizzone . Dust wrapper is not clipped, slightly creased along edges with some small tears and one 2cm tear on front of wrapper. Loosely inserted is The Scottish Arts Council label for an exhibition, in which this copy was lent for. A very good almost fine copy.

Scarce. Size 22.5 x 14.5cm (9 x 5.5 inches). 700g.

Provenance: Andrew Murray, Director of Mayor Gallery, Cork Street, London. The Mayor Gallery exhibited Ardizzone s work in the 1960 s . Andrew Murray lent his personal collection of books and prints etc. to the travelling exhibition by Middlesbrough Museum in 1982.
