S.W.Hayter engraving with softground etching and scorper in colours. Printed in 1951 on Arches handmade wove paper. Signed and inscribed ‘Epruve de Artiste VI/XII‘ in pencil, aside from the edition of 200 printed by Atelier 17 and published by La Guilde International de la Gravure, Geneva. There is one fox mark in lower margin, the sheet has a very light mount/matt mark and each corner has a pin hole probably used for registration whilst printing. The sheet is light overall discolouration due to the paper being over 70 years old, else very good.
