Description

Sven Berlin drawing with wash which is a design for a sculpture of St.Peter for a church. Signed by dated ’53 in pencil. The large drawing is in graphite with a grey blue wash on hand made laid paper. The paper has an interesting watermark of a hand with a cross on the finger tips. The studio sale embossed blind stamp is in lower left corner. The Sheet has light handling folds, as usual, there are a few light marks from watercolour and the right corner has a light red stain. Otherwise in very acceptable, very good condition.
