On front loose endpaper is the Surrealist bookplate of Andrew Murray. Dust jacket is not clipped but in dollars, some small nicks/tears at top of spine, corners slightly bumped, else a very good copy, almost fine copy.

This is Eleanor Farjeons selection of the favourite of her own short stories for children .
Provenance: Andrew Murray, Director of Mayor Gallery, Cork Street, London. The Mayor Gallery exhibited Ardizzones work in the 1960s . Andrew Murray lent his personal collection of books and prints etc. to the travelling exhibition by Middlesbrough Museum in 1982.
