Please allow at least 3 to 4 working days for delivery, and possibly more during busy periods for the delivery companies, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.
Where possible we send parcels out for delivery the next day.

Receiving Your Delivery:
We send out all our parcels by special delivery, usually with Parcel Force or the Post Office. This means that you will need to sign for the parcel on delivery.
Please therefore make sure you send the item to an address where somebody will be available to receive the parcel during working hours.
VAT: There is no VAT on Books and we do not charge VAT on the prints.

VAT (sales tax): Since leaving the EU, there are EXTRA COSTS such as tax or import duties for you to pay. There may also be a customs administrative charge. Each EU country is different.

Delivery time: Delivery usually takes 10-14 working days, if sent by air. Otherwise 6-10 weeks if posted by Sea. Most items are sent by air, fully insured or tracked. Unless they are bulky/heavy. Items which are tracked will need to sign for on delivery.

Returns/ Refunds.
Should prints not exactly meet with our descriptions or you have changed your mind, we do offer a ‘Money Back Return Policy’. You do have a ‘cooling off’ period of 14 working days after the day on which the item was delivered. We like to have ‘happy customers’.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us, Deana or Anthony Roe, as soon as possible within 14 working days upon receipt. Please use the address or phone number or email address on the contact page. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message.
However, the postage cost of the return is to be paid for and charged to the customer. Please retain the track and trace number from the Post office until you receive your refund from us. There is no handling fee charge.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days, as long as the item has been received in the same condition as sent, unless due to postal damage.
