We try and provide accurate details of our prints, including standard catalogue references and condition. However, if you are very disappointed we do offer a NO QUIBBLE return policy-see below. Requests for further condition reports and photographs are replied to ASAP. We have tried to make this easier by having an ‘Enquiry Button’ alongside each item.
Should prints not exactly meet with our descriptions or you have changed your mind, we do offer a ‘Money Back Return Policy’. You do have a ‘cooling off’ period of 14 working days after the day on which the item was delivered. We like to have ‘happy customers’.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us, Deana or Anthony Roe, as soon as possible within 14 working days upon receipt. Please use the address or phone number or email address on the contact page. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message.
However, the postage cost of the return is to be paid for and charged to the customer. Please retain the track and trace number from the Post office until you receive your refund from us. There is no handling fee charge.
Refunds will be paid within 30 days, as long as the item has been received in the same condition as sent, unless due to postal damage.

You can pay by using various methods, however if you wish to use Bank Transfers or Cheques please ask.

DEBIT OF VISA CARDS
Credit card details can be sent by telephone, post or e-mail (split over two or three emails – card number separate from the expiry date). We also require the last three digits of the security code on the strip on the back of the card (not the whole number). This is a welcome extra security measure applied by our credit card processing company.
CHEQUES. We are happy to accept cheques drawn from a BRITISH BANK ONLY. Banks from overseas have hefty charges and we do not accept these.
