Antony Donaldson British 1939-

Painter, sculptor and teacher. Born in Surrey, he studied at Regent Street Polytechnic School of Art and the Slade School of Fine Art; Post graduate in Fine art at London University. He showed at young Contemporaries and London group and had his first solo show at Rowan Gallery in 1963.He started teaching at Chelsea school of Art in 1962, the year before having won the second prize at the John Moore’s Liverpool exhibition. In 1966-68 he worked in California, America. He has made several large pieces of public sculptures which can be found world wide. His paintings have also been widely exhibited. He lives in London and South West France.
