A stoneware pouring vessel, of lozenge form with spout. Made using the slab method. The body is decorated with stylised blue shapes and iron-red flowers against a cream ground, painted signature to the underside. No chips but there is a line, see images, which show a line which has been glazed over by the potter. The line suggests a join that has not been totally successful and opened a little in the firing. The jug has been used to hold water as there is a scale line inside, please look at photographs, otherwise very good.
