The wood engraving was first published in 1911 as the title page for his book of poetry published by Duckworth. This print can also be found in the Carnegie Museum of Art.

Regarding the David Chambers re-strikes: These were Issued in a very exclusive edition of only five sets, of which four were printed on white wove handmade paper and one on Japanese Hosho paper. One set was bound for St. Bride, another set mounted in a loose leaf album, the remaining 3 sets loose in sheets. This is presumably the set mounted in a loose leaf album.
