Gordon House Three Photographic Film Sheets for the printing of ‘Strand Green’, 1978

Description

Gordon House made these Two Photographic Film Sheets to make the printing  plates for printing. They were used for the lithograph titled ‘Strand Green’. Each of the three photographic film sheets represent a different colour. The size is different for the final lithographic image. The lithograph is listed in the catalogue by Baro, number 113, the image is 109 x 79cm, much larger than these. The film could be enlarged, transferring the image onto a lithographic plate for printing purposes. They are unsigned but came from a large collection of Gordon House drawings and  prints. Not dated but made circa 1978/79
