Angus Suttie Cup shaped vessel in green, red and blue glaze, made circa 1985

Hand built in terracotta clay and painted in green underglaze with a design in blue and red stains. With a label with the number ’36’. Believed to have been purchased in Amsterdam in the 1980’s by the previous owner. As several pieces from the same collection have the same number, this possibly relates to a customer number rather than an exhibition number. In very good condition.

Provenance: Private collector and work Colleague of the artist when they both worked at the National Theatre.
